The three biggest issues that businesses and organizations face are employee retention, low morale/culture and absenteeism.  Having an effective and efficient Employee Assistance Program in your business or organization can help resolve your current business issues so that productivity does not suffer. At BMR, our programs work in 3 stages. The first stage is to meet and speak with the owners, partners, managers and directors. The second stage is to strategize and organize a plan for your business or organization. The third stage is to implement the plan so each employee knows and understands the system and what is available to them.  Our team of support staff will be made available to your employees 24/7, and will be the first point of contact once your HR team is made aware of the situation.  Our staff will address any concerns that your employee maybe experiencing and will then assess the urgency of the matter and create a proper policy and procedure under accordance to the privacy and confidentiality laws.

Your employees and your organization will have several options within the assistance program:

  • In face-to-face, e/video, and telephonic counselling formats.
  • Quality – Professional counselling based on need, (not upon a capped number of sessions).
  • Accountability
  • Focus on both the employee and the plan sponsor (dual client relationship).
  • Understanding the Client – Customized and flexible programs, as we understand that no two organizations are the same.
  • Specialized counselling for their needs (Addictions, Mental Health, Financial, Trauma, Marriage, Family)
  • Referrals and confidential support to treatment and rehabilitation facilities.

Athlete, Player and Organization Assistance Programs

Outside of sports, players and personnel at times struggle with personal issues and struggles. At BMR we specialize in creating player assistance programs to suit your organization or team. Trevin, founder of BMR, was the vice-president of BREAKOUT. BREAKOUT was a player assistance program implemented into a Junior Hockey League. It provided players with options and outlets to help cope with off-ice issues and concerns.

Our team provides a plan for your team or organization to implement in support of your players and personnel. We provide counselling, coaching, mentoring and treatment options. We analyze your organization or teams concerns, and address them accordingly to fit the model and direction you are trying to implement.

With mental health, addictions and trauma being at the front of a lot of player issues and concerns, we create a program that will help you in any scenario or situation you are facing.

We provide referrals to doctors, specialists and treatment facilities, while following proper policies and procedures under accordance to the privacy and confidentiality laws.
